After years of battling chronic sciatica, trying pain meds, and even undergoing two epidural injections with no relief, I finally found Lydia and her incredible team at Serena Med Spa. Just a couple of lymphatic and laser treatments later, I haven’t touched pain medication or muscle relaxers for over a month since starting on Feb 26, 2026. They’re truly the best -not just locally, but in all of Florida.

I had a tummy tuck and by day three I was so swollen and full of fluid that I needed relief. I contacted Lydia for an appointment and she got me in the next day. Her energy and and professional is the best I’ve experienced in quite some time. You can tell that she loves what she does and she does a GREAT JOB at it. She will definitely have you feeling like you can run a marathon when you leave there.
